The client, a leading distributor of durable medical equipment, engaged our company to develop key performance indicators to measure performance and work in process for their warehouse operations.
Results:
We worked with the client’s Executive team to define the KPIs that would measure the performance of the processes. Next, we collaborated with the IT team to design and develop a balanced scorecard with 20+ metrics.
