The Challenge:
For a world leading industrial distributor, we designed and led the Project Management Office (PMO) for design, development, implementation and change management of the largest systems implementation in company history.
Results:
Replacing legacy systems that had been in place for 35 years, we worked with user groups from front line employees through senior management to develop requirements and mitigate risk through the implementation. For us implementation and change management are one and the same as we integrate the tools and techniques of product design, project management with an organizational development framework. Our goal is to drive acceptance, adoption and assimilation of new processes and behaviors.
