A leading distributor of construction materials engaged our company to build dashboards and tools to digitize their current financial metrics and to provide key insights on their fabrication processes.

We designed and developed dashboards and balanced scorecards that provided insight into the client’s finances and operations as per requirements outlined by the Executive team. We integrated user input and created a tool that determines the lowest cost-to-serve facility in the network, enabling better decision making.
