The Challenge:
A leading construction materials supplier engaged our company to increase the storage capacity of one of their distribution centers. The client specified that the new layout will need to have very narrow aisles.
Results:
We analyzed the current rack layout and material handling requirements to determine required rack profiles. We then redesigned the current layout and provided five alternate solutions with CAD layouts, bill of materials, and cost of implementation.
